Outbridge is a trusted partner of the South Carolina Department of Education to implement ESTF scholarships and a free resource provided by Outschool.org.

Outschool.org is managed as a separate charitable initiative through the Edward Charles Foundation (ECF). We receive funding from a variety of philanthropic institutions, individuals, and companies. Outschool.org’s relationship with ECF allows us to ensure that we are in compliance with all 501(c)3 standards and financial oversight.
